Albarracín Pueblo Bonito of Spain

A town located in the Sierra de Albarracín, in the province of Teruel, Albarracín will not leave you indifferent. Historic and monumental, at an altitude of 1,200 m., and within the mountain range of the Montes Universales.

On this visit we are taken on a journey into the past as we enter this beautiful village.

You can walk through its narrow alleys, climb its ancient walls, visit its museums, squares and different churches, stately and charming houses or visit the remains of the castle of Albarracín.

The old quarter of Albarracín was declared a National Historic Monument in 1961, an Asset of Cultural Interest and proposed by UNESCO to be declared a Monument of World Interest.

The Guadalaviar river offers a beautiful river walk where you can walk along the paths along the sound of the water.

Parking space in the village is adequate, but it is true that at peak times of the year it is a bit scarce, so we recommend that you park on the outskirts of the village for greater comfort.
